PART 1 — SHIPPING POLICY


Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery reach, so stay tuned for international shipping updates.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Express Delivery 1 – 2 Business Days
Same Day (Local – Ilford Area) Same day if ordered before 12:00 PM

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • Standard Delivery: £2.99
  • Express Delivery: £5.99
  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £25.00

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number where applicable.

What If My Order Hasn't Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at aurum.mobilesltd@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately. Please allow up to 10 working days before reporting a missing parcel as Royal Mail and courier services can experience occasional delays.

 

PART 2 — RETURNS POLICY


Our 30-Day Returns Guarantee

We want you to love what you order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To Be Eligible for a Return, Your Item Must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
  • Screen protectors that have been removed from their packaging or applied
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Customised or personalised products

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at aurum.mobilesltd@gmail.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST – [Your Order Number]
  2. Include your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address
  4. Securely package your item and send it to us

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — we cover the return postage cost
  • If you are returning an item due to change of mind or ordering the wrong size/model — the return postage cost is the customer's responsibility

We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the credit.

 

PART 3 — EXCHANGE POLICY


Want a Different Colour, Size, or Model?

No problem. We are happy to exchange an item for a different variant, colour, or compatible model as long as:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at aurum.mobilesltd@gmail.com with the subject line: EXCHANGE REQUEST – [Your Order Number]
  2. Tell us what you received and what you would like instead
  3. We will confirm availability and send you the next steps

If the replacement item is higher in value, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it is lower in value, we will refund the difference.

 

PART 4 — FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS


Received Something Damaged?

We are really sorry if this has happened. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at aurum.mobilesltd@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the matter promptly — either by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
